Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note that processing times are separate from carrier transit durations. During peak shopping seasons, holidays, inventory checks, or exceptional circumstances, processing may experience slight extensions.

Once your order is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing available tracking details will be sent to your registered address.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Available shipping options and corresponding fees are calculated and displayed during checkout based on order destination, weight, and volumetric package size. Any promotional free-shipping eligibility will also be clearly indicated prior to final payment.

Packaging of Beauty & Makeup Wares

Because our products include delicate cosmetic and beauty formulations (such as liquid concealers and palettes), we utilize shock-absorbing layers, reinforced cartons, and secure dividers to restrict movement during transit.

We advise handling parcels with care upon arrival and retaining original packaging materials until you have thoroughly inspected your concealer items.

Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking number and link will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Please allow a short duration for tracking portals to reflect initial carrier scans after label creation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are strictly responsible for submitting complete and accurate delivery credentials during checkout. If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately; while we strive to update details prior to fulfillment, changes cannot be guaranteed once orders enter processing or dispatch stages. Additional reshipment fees may apply for returned packages resulting from erroneous addresses.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Should any concealer or cosmetic item arrive damaged, leaking, or broken due to transport mishandling, please notify our support team promptly.

To expedite your claim, please supply:

• Clear photographs depicting the damaged cosmetic product
• Pictures of the inner cushioning and outer shipping box
• A photo of the logistics shipping label

Please retain all damaged items and packaging until our team concludes the review process for a replacement or refund.

Split Shipments

To ensure secure transit or accommodate inventory locations, multi-item orders may occasionally be divided into separate packages (e.g., concealers and brushes shipped independently). Each parcel will feature its own tracking number, and no extra shipping fees will be charged for split dispatches.
